I contacted Matt Laframboise to get an appraisal on my house in Nov 2023
I was given a very detailed report and Matt went discussed the report with us.
In February 2024 we listed the house with executive realty. We were selling and going to rent due to health issues. Matt was very concerned about where we were going to move as we didn’t have an apartment on lease yet. He wanted to know that we had a place to go upon selling. To me that shows compassion and not just getting our listing. We did get an apartment on lease.
I was skeptical about listing in the winter. Matt and Natasha worked on getting the property listed.
Their eye for detail is second to none. Very professional people and it shows in the results.
