My name is Austin Braganza, and I am a Sales Representative with Realty Executives Local Group Inc. Brokerage serving North Bay & Surrounding Areas. Originally from Stoney Creek, ON but have been living up in North Bay and the surrounding areas for the past 10 years, it has definitely given me the knowledge and resources to best serve each and every one of my clients.  Purchasing & Selling a property comes with many moving elements and requires attention to detail, professionalism, integrity & respect. Before becoming licensed I was the Director of Social Media and Marketing at a Real Estate Brokerage which has given me a competitive edge when it comes to marketing properties as well as what our lovely city has to offer! In 2017 I graduated from Algonquin College as a Certified Pastry Chef which has helped when it comes to creativity and an eye for design when clients are looking for renovation ideas to best obtain a return on investment, plus some pretty tasty cinnamon buns!
